Testing...testing

A few experiment, not quite got the attachments right. There looking a little "stuck on" rather than pat of the pot. 




The indent on these mugs will be in line with the handles and thus giving more room for the fingers...hopefully it will be more comfortable to use.

It's going to take... Patients


Firstly I've had a pants making day again, just wasn't feeling it again. But some times you've just got to work through it.

So here's a first few tests and the inspiration behind them. The reason around the finger impression on the rim are that I want the handle to flow off the pot organically. Freshly thrown wet clay is so beautiful so I'm trying to create pots that are imbued and expresses this quality.

There are good days...bad days...and there's really piss poor day. Some times my hands just don't want to work, today was one of those day. I made 4 bowls and 2 stacks of ****!
